Race Week Schedule

Race Week - Mandatory Packet Pickup

There is NO race morning packet pickup unless you paid in advance to do so!
- We will not allow those who did not opt for race-day pickup to obtain their bib without paying beforehand!
When a participant registers online, they can either opt to have their race packet mailed (deadline August 26! $10), opt to pick up race morning ($15), or have their packet picked up at one of the dates and times listed below (Free).
Runners must wear the race bib they were assigned to.

Wednesday, September 4: 4:00 pm - 6 pm - Fleet Feet Pepper Pike
Thursday, September 5: 4:00 pm - 6 pm - Fleet Feet Westlake
Saturday, September 7 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Hermes Sports Office
You may pick up race packets for others, but a confirmation email is always handy to have, just in case!
Picking up for a group of 5 or more? Email roadracing@hermescleveland.com with the names and pickup location so we can pre-pack them for you! Subject header: River Run Packet Pickup

Those who opted for race day pickup must pickup at the Start Line between 6:30-7:30 am.
Valley Parkway closes to vehicular traffic from Wallace Lake to Memorial Fields - 7:00 am
Bag Check opens at 6:30 am near the Start Line and closes at 7:50 am
Shuttle service begins from Memorial Fields to Rocky River High School at 10:00 am
Shuttle service begins from Memorial Fields to Wallace Lake - 10:00 am
Course Closes - 11:00 AM
- With a 4-hour time limit for 7 am walkers/runners and a 3-hour time limit for 8 am runners, all participants on the road will be directed onto the all-purpose path at this time.
